1. Dosage: Use 1 teaspoon of each tea per 8 oz of water.
2. Steeping: Let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
3. Daily Intake: Drink one cup of each tea every day—all three teas daily for the full 30 days.
4. Order: You can drink them in any order—just make sure you get all three cups each day.

Lymphatic Drainage Tea

Ingredients: Cleavers, dandelion root, calendula

Swollen lymph nodes?? Some of our lymph nodes do not drain all the way and that can be a problem, causing large lymph nodes to be seen through the skin and possibly cause a pinch nerve if continues to grow and not drain properly.
